All of you might like to know that in two states now (It's early so
not checking for which ones), a LAW is proposed that dogs have to have
their collars and id (Not the Chip or Tattoo) COLLARS have to be on at
all times, in house, in grooming shops, ALL the time. It's what
happens when people who don't know what the consequences are, (or
husbandry) write legislation
