It's true. The same as coconut oil benefits people, it benefits our dogs.

In overview,
Coconut oil has healthy saturated fats, including some omega 3 fatty acids,
and a large content of medium chain triglycerides.
There are compounds that have anti viral and antibacterial properties as
well. It helps to feed some of our intestine bacteria also.
