I start the trial in San Diego on Monday, scheduled for seven days,  no 
court on Friday. Then on the 5th, Monday I am to start another trial in  
Banning. It will have to be continued, since I will be in trial.  So, it  looks 
like the Banning trial will be continued to when I get back.  At  least that 
is my plan.
 
It looks like I will be in Ohio, unless some judge gets a burr up his  
backside.  That does often happen.
