My understanding is that it's important to wash a bleach solution off
thoroughly as bleach will build up after a while (which is not good).
Also, there is some veterinary information that suggests that there can be
too much of a good thing and that bleaching every day over time causes the
immune system to weaken because the dog doesn't build up immunities to any
bacteria.
I would be interested to know from folks whether they differentiate between
cleaning a boarding kennel where runs are being used for different animals
every day or so versus a hobby/breeding kennel where a family of dogs are
kept together without the exposure of other animals and pretty much kept in
their same runs day after day (except when someone is in season and has to
be moved).
(I can't remember whether this topic is on Evan's list and whether we're on
