Evan, the board did not nominate the upcoming slate. The nominating committee
submitted the nominees as members of the GSDCA, NOT board members.

There is no way to keep secret action taken by the board against a sitting
elected board member. Also, this board nominated Margy to the position of
secretary, so they have to let the membership know what they decided to do with
what they called charges against her.
I am surprised we don't already know. It would amaze me to hear that anyone
was sworn to secrecy as to the results of the hearing.
