WOW WOW WOW--- New Champion for Strider! The news from Wyoming just
keeps getting better and better. At the show today, Ryker was WD
for two points which finished his Championship, pending AKC
confirmation. BIG congratulations to
Diane Mehra on her new Champion Blackwood's Redemption! And my thanks
to Sharlonna Mcgaha for showing Ryker to these wins...a 5 pt. major
last year at the Colorado specialty shows and then three wins in the
row this weekend with a major on Friday, and then a 2 pt. win on
Saturday and the finishing 2 pt. win today. Sharlonna told me she
would finish Ryker and she did it in great style. When Ryker was a
puppy he was out visiting in California for some training and Art
Sinclair also put some minor points on him from the young classes and
Debbie Hopkins helped with his training and conditioning. Ryker is
the ninth champion from my heart dog....

Ryker's dam is DePahl's Femme Fatale Marquis.
I am so grateful to have had breeders like Diane breed to Strider and
to followup on showing his progeny. It takes a Village to get an ROM
and I have been fortunate to have a great village on this ride. It
has been a very memorial Memorial Day Weekend for sure.
Doing the very Happy Dance in California and Wyoming!! Strider gets
tri-tip tonight.
