As per the pandp, at the January meeting all new Chairs are voted upon.
Sometimes chairs are the same and sometimes they change.
So everyone will have to wait until the next Board meeting to find out who the
2013 Chairs are.
Of course if someone has a working crystal ball and can tell me, I would
appreciate the heads up.
