[ SHOWGSD-L ] Canadian Futurity Nominations

I just got my Canadian Futurity nomination form back in the mail stating
thereason to be moved or unknown. The address I have is for Mrs. Lisa Haus,
and as far as I know...is an up-to-date form. Does anyone know if the
addressand/or person in charge of the nominations has moved or changed?
