What a perfect day for a dog show. It is cool with the hot sun, and a slight
breeze. It didn't start out well, the club forgot the extension cords, but I
was able to drive home and pull all the ones we had and get back in time to
set up the announcer's table. Everyone is here, I see Carrie Foglesong is
the steward, Bob Gheglehri and Dick Jennings are here. I am talking to Ken
Tank, who has a ton of dogs. Speaking of that, Gloria and Sharlonna have
entered
13 entries this weekend each day. Now, that is dedication. Joe and Charlotte
are looking great, and there goes Sheryll who had four dogs to groom. I see
Jen Erends, and Jerry Guz is holding court with Dave and Jan Coleman. Terry
Miles Green is talking to Vivian Brown. I se that Dick Whalen is here and
looking great, and thefre is Jackie Pillipant talking to her husband. I see
Lamojnt is over from Arizona, and Bill Tank just walked by. I also got to
talk to
Nancy Godwin who is sitting with Hellen Franklin, (there I spelled ir
correctly). Cindy Tellefson is walking her dog, and Twyla is working the blow
dryer. I see JR waiting for the show to start, and Tedi is talking to
everyone.
I see Linda Wheeler talking to Sergio, and Ken Tank's son is here and stands
over Ken. Bob and Linda Freeny are here, passing out flyers. I did see
Paul Mazzone, and he has missed the last few shows, and I am not sure why. I
have to talk to hijm. Sittingn over at the other side is Will Guery, and the
Arizona folks are here. Twyla is still grinning after her wins in New Mexico,
and maybe she will win again.
Gene Pico and Sharon are sitting next to Dick Jenniings who brought his dog
out. Lamont came by and told me he wanted to see Dick, he bred to Danang,
and hadn't seen Dick for 25 years. Jean Whalen is talking to Jacque
Philippbar, and I see Liz Leschorn sitting ready for the show.
