Goodness sakes, Diane, do you still not realize that those complaints
were not against individuals, but against illegal actions against by-laws
and rules ? Some of those people are ones I dearly love, but their
actions were such that, for the good of the club ( and I have been a
member for over fifty years) had to be condemned.

then it should NOT have been included in the forwarded email as it infers a
threat that most people, who are NOT attorneys, would not immediately
understand. again, perhaps this is how the sender wanted it to be perceived.
