[ SHOWGSD-L ] CA SB250 under Reconsideration. Possible Vote again tomorrow

I've written so many posts, emails, faxes etc., that I can't remember  
to whom I last wrote.

Anyway.   The Floor Manager for SB 250 asked for reconsideration of  
the bill when it failed to pass at the last vote.  Reconsideration was  
granted. Now, I have to check the rules, but it was my understanding  
that since SB 250 was already granted Reconsideration (last year) that  
it wasn't supposed to have another chance.  That said, every other  
rule has been suspended, so I imagine that one was, too.


I'm waiting on information from those up in Sacramento to pass on the  
vital calls/faxes for tonight.


The Ca Assembly will start their session at 9 a.m. tomorrow.  I will  
post the File number, buy if he doesn't have the votes, he may not  
call it.  Still another day of watching.      And calling/faxing.
