The analysis for the NEW CA 2009 Mandatory Castration Bill was released this
morning. After reading the biased analysis, I checked the list to see who
all wrote their letters. They only list clubs and organizations with
letterhead, so if you wrote as an individual, you were listed as 1000 or more
individuals.
