Why-- I understand that some--not all-- are going to evaluate a site-- I
wasn't "tapped" for that so I do not have any details on the rest of the
"why"

That's certainly what it sounds like according to Ginny's message. And
she is an officer of the club, why I questioned it and that some board
members, including her, did not know where the meeting was. Still think it's
odd
.... regardless of how simplistic it appears to some.
