Werner,
I can only say what I would do, if I were the breeder. I would refund
the purchase price of the puppy. LANDSEND is a small kennel, but my
reputation means everything. When Jeddie passed, I called up all
customers who'd bought one of her pups and told them she bloated. I
said if there was ever a problem with bloat, I would replace their
puppy or give them a FULL refund. I know how it feels to be on the
receiving end of "the shaft" and would NEVER do it to anyone.
