Kathy, to my knowledge a bio is "suggested" but not a requirement...normally
most people would and do write one to remind or tell everyone of their
involvement in GSDs and/or their business experience (competencies are
transferable) that would make them a productive member of the board....however,
it is up to the individual whether they choose to write a bio or not....In my
humble opinion, if no bio is attached or if any member wants to ask a question,
EVERY nominee should have contact info listed if not a phone number then an
email address... I do not know those two individuals either, but then again, I
do not know Kathleen Woodbury either, she has a bio, but I would like to ask
about any experience she has in the business world of either organizational
skills and/or leadership skills etc. I need to know what skills/competencies
they would bring to a Board environment...how am I supposed to vote
intelligently for or against if I either do not know or cannot contact them to
ask question...And I should not have to google Board nominees to find out who
