[ SHOWGSD-L ] Blood Draw Research Opportunity California

I have made arrangements with a laboratory that is doing research in Lymphoma
and Hemangioscarcoma. They are looking for healthy dogs over the age of 5 years
to participate in having their blood drawn. They have identified an indicator
of early cancer and will follow up on those dogs that have a positive
indication.
The test is without cost as is the follow up phase for those that have a
positive.
The blood would be drawn by appointment in Woodland Hills California and anyone
who is
interested in participating in this should contact me. I will put you in touch
with the
lab, they Will have you fill out some forms and they will then give you the
information
as to how to get the test done. I would like to see us help them out with as
many as 50
to 100 dogs--you can bring as many dogs over the age of 5 and get anyone with
a GSD to participate.
I am at the AKC Health Conference this weekend so may not check in again until
Sunday nite.
