[ SHOWGSD-L ] Bite problem on 4 month male

I was wondering if anyone has advice on a 4 month old male's bite where the
lower teeth are slightly starting to go in front of the upper teeth. The teeth
aren't all the way in yet and this puppy had a good bite all along, but now
it has changed.
Is there anything that can be done to make the upper teeth come in over the
bottom ones?
