Subject: Biocase V vs. Viocase V
Hi Everyone,
I have a question. I have a six year old female
with
E.P.I. She has been on the Viocase for three and a half years and is
doing
really well on it. The Viocase is getting quite expensive with the
cheapest I
can find it at KV Vet Supply and $139.99 for 12 ounces. It lasts her
four
to six weeks. I was wondering if anyone out there in dog land is using
the
Biocase which is the generic for the Viocase. It has the same
ingredients but
just not as much. I was wondering if anybody is using it what kind of
results
are they seeing. Is it working well for your dog because it is quite a
bit
cheaper that the Viocase. I will not do anything to jeopordize the health
of my
dog but if the generic stuff works, why not use it. I have been afraid
to
try it so if anyone is using it please let me know how well it works.

to PanaKare Plus. We get 12 oz for $100, including shipping, from Lambriar Vet
Supply. Our vet advised that the ingredients are the same proportions as
Viokase V, and our dogs are doing very well on it. Plus, it has Vitamins A,
D3, and E, all fat-soluble. Also, we are supplementing with Lixotinic for
B-Vitamins, and DynaPro Probiotic enzyme supplement to keep the intestinal
bacteria in proper balance.
