Hi Listers, Hope I don't overdo this post.
However, I have additions to share, doggies,
but not GSDs - oh well, we're all still canine --
A couple months ago I - in a scary way - rescued
a very good looking, tho half dead, BASSETT
bitch and a kitten and her 3 pups who were in
a ditch. 2 pups died, I placed the kitten and I
have the Mom and remaining (??) kid here as I
attempt to find homes. You would hardly recognize
this lovely bitch as the same dog. My grand daughter
and the Vet clinic folks helped me with getting her in
proper condition. She's about 2 and clean as she's
probably been someone's pet -- still checking around,
no micro chip. Anyway, I chatted with Dr. Kruger and
mentioned an oddity on the pup to Ed. This little IT
will not need to be spayed OR neutered, but spayed
AND neutered; it's a hermaphrodite, (sp.) LSU Vet school
folks want me to bring it as a show & tell. Never a dull one.
