Hey, since I'm really trying to promote showing and including everyone!  
Absolutely to the bad knee class!  However, I do have a small concern.  I'm 
trying to promote showing to get people more involved and hooked on showing so 
that they can continue to show and therefore I'm strongly AGAINST having an 
over 70 or the one foot in the grave class....  Why waste our resources!  ;-)
