Hmmmm....that's interesting. There are 6 members in the PA group. 6
misguided members mind you, because legislation on the books in PA prohibits
any
city/borough/township/municipality etc., from passing breed specific
legislation. It's the same law that prohibits home owners' insurance
companies from
discrimination based on the breed of dog one keeps. (PA Dog Law, Act 225.)
