There are VERY bad breeders of any size out there and there are some horrific
one⦠of any size, but to take a list of USDA violations is like getting a
list of traffic violators and posting them. The circumstances, the
corrections of violations, the seriousness of violations are all lumped in one
list. From their own article, over 1/2 of the violations were cleared before
the next inspection and the worst of the breeders simply closed shop.
