Cardinal rule of writing - relate the body of your paper back to the topic in
summation - From Mrs. Brown's 8th grade English class! Shame on me!
Sooooo, the problem with pitbulls and ownership cannot be "solved" with ANOTHER
law either banning the breed or adding MORE "responsible owner" legislation to
the books.

If a teenager walks down the street with a gun, everyone will call the police
and off to jail he goes. BUT, that same teen can walk down the street with a
PITBULL and everyone will get out of his way! Respect? In his eyes! We've
got to change attitudes not pass more legislation!

Just my opinion for what it's worth.......
