This is what is going to happen if anyone has the resources to take BSL up
to the court of appeals. The problem is that most of the time, those who run
into prosecution can't afford to do an appeal. I have taken over 50 cases up
on appeal and won many of them.
On BSL it is hard to find it constitutional, and like the Ohio court, will
be overturned most of the time. That is why often you can stop it in committee.
But, it takes an active role, or an aggressive response.
