Attorney opinions. I got one from the Attorney General in California. Took
it to court and proved them wrong. I trust government opinions as much as
attorney letters. I have disproved the IRS in Tax Court twice, and as for the
SEC, don't get me started on that band of thiefs.
Go with the by-laws, then you will be right most of the time.
