Since I don't know what the charges are or who specifically brought them I
can not speak to the charges or form any opinion. I haven't heart both
sides of
the story. None of this discussion should be on the list at all because we
don't know the facts. I just want everyone to be fair to all involved.
I plan to limit my posting on this matter, but since Mary asked some direct
questions, I will answer them.
Only one person filed charges, a Mr. Yee who was then given an appointment
at the meeting by the Vice President David Landau after he took over from Ken.
Charges have now been filed against Mr. Yee and David Landau.
Ken set a hearing date, but they removed him and set a new date.
There is no provision for someone other than the accused to respond to
charges.
I have read the charges, and it would be up to Ken if he wants to publish
them. But, I will say that they included a charge of being of low moral
character and a thief. No specifics just an accusation. I publish that as they
will
be part of a law suit I am going to file against Mr. Yee for liable.
These are the facts, and they are not subject to speculation. Any more
facts can be obtained from Ken.
