It has to be received one week before the annual meeting. I think the
meeting is on Thursday, so it has to be back by October 27, 2005. That

We are getting ready to go on a trip and won't be back until the 19th. I
wanted to make sure we were still going to be able to vote, as we don't have
the ballots yet.
