Yes, I was behind in the brag. Had our youngest son turning 21 along with a busy weekend. Thank you Eric and Joan for your wonderful comments. It was really a fun weekend, even if we hadn't had the major win! It was like the 'days of old' when there were a lot of good dogs and friends. Dog showing used to be like that every weekend. Having to split the classes, lots of quality, lots of crowd support (the other breeds glaring at us as we cheer, double and are basically rowdy) and support for winners. As Jim mentioned, thank you Lee for BOW for our Connie (Dallas x Quinessential). This was her 2nd major and just about finishes her. Bart, as always, you handled her masterfully, thank you so very much. Jim and I get as excited as we did years ago winning a major with lots of good competition. We really miss the days of large entries, big crowds and good dogs in the AB ring. It's a lot of fun! We love both rings, but a good crowd at an AB ring is really fun! The dogs get into the energy of the area, they are 'up', it's just fun. We need more judges such as Lee to bring the fancy out of their homes and back into the rings. Those of you in the AB clubs, bring them in and we'll bring you an entry. Thank you to everyone in the surrounding areas, Oregon, East. Wash., Canada for supporting the show! Bart, again, thank you. You are a true gentleman and competitor. Lee, win, lose or draw, we will always bring dogs to you as you are a fair and impartial judge. Thank you.
