I was just thinking about things in my life. My husband and I have had 50
years together. Our life has been blessed! Two wonderful healthy kids now
adults with six healthy grandkids. We are retired with a nice home and cars
that run. We have had a few bumps in the road (like my near fatal car wreck)
but I pulled through even though I no longer show dogs I now have a good
handler who is also my friend.
I was remembering when my kids were little maybe 4-5 years old. They
were throwing things in the house and accidentally broke a nice lamp on a
table. My friend who was there starting yelling at her child who started
crying. I remember me telling her "It's just a lamp. It can be replaced. It
was
an accident". You cannot take back angry words spoken to people especially
your young children.
So if you do not like the way a judge placed your dog, don't show
under them again. Don't go around bad mouthing them because you may need to
apologize someday. Angry and cruel words cannot be taken back! So as they say,
"If your dog (or child) does their best that is all that matters"
