Just a suggestion, perhaps prior to the Board meetings (preferably a week in advance) the agenda could be sent to the membership via Constant Contact like other official club business. It would certainly OPEN up the lines of communication and we would have less friction regarding Board decisions due to lack of input from the membership. Is this a possibility? Or if it is a cost issue to use Constant Contact, put the agenda on the web page for members. I understand that sometimes the agenda doesn't get to the Board members until a day prior to the meeting. However, by getting it posted to the members in a timely fashion (a week prior) to open up COMMUNICATIONS, would benefit everyone.
