My vet has an area near his parking lot with a roll of baggies and a plastic 
bucket.  You would believe how many people do not clean up after 
their animals.

I once commented to someone that they should clean up after their dog, and they 
replied that the staff should do it as part of their job.

No, the staff picks up the bucket and empties into the appropriate recepticle 
inside, there is a sign PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOGS
