I used them twice. The first time the dog got their OK, but they didn't feed
him all his meals. He was a four year old dog, so not as bad as a puppy not
getting feed properly. And when he arrived he was LOOSE in the van and I gave
strict instructions that he was to be in a crate while riding in the van.
Was not happy about that. But he did get there safe.
The puppy (9 month old) that we just shipped we think she was jerked around
and suffered a spinal injury. She now drags her toes when she gaits and she
NEVER did that from the moment she started to gait as a 5 week old puppy. This
puppy always had a powerful rear drive. We have videos to attest to this fact
and witnesses. I sent Small Animal Delivery with 8 bags of food (one for AM
and one for PM) they were to feed her twice a day. They only gave her 2 meals
for 4 days!!!!! She came with Urine all over her, they said she wouldn't go
pee on a leash and only peed in her crate. She didn't want to come out of
her crate when she got to her new home and she NEVER did that here. I had to
shove her in, but she bolted out. She never peed in her crate here and to the
home she went to. So they are on my don't ever use list.
