I register my litters (I co-own with my hubby) online, and there is a box that
I have to check stating I have permission to register the litter on the
co-owners behalf.

According to the Litter Application Form, all owners of the bitch (at the time
of the birth of the litter)
must sign the application form.Of interest,only one owner of the Sire need sign
the application. Go figure.
