What kind of membership fee are they talking about? Do you have to pay a
membership in order to register puppies or in order to show?
If they require it to register it just means that their registrations will
drop even more.
If the require it to show it means that entries will drop even more.
They are going to price more people out of showing.

AKC was going to come up with a membership fee to AKC in place of dog tax.
