I quit the WDA due to the fact they they didn't follow the by-laws and
held a meeting outside the by-laws to vote out Ken Downing as president. I
don't know what happened after that, since I have not been a member since then.
If indeed the AKC will no longer allow the WDA, then perhaps the GSDCA
will have to cut them loose.
It would be a shame as I support the rights of people to do what they want
to enjoy the breed. But, I also recognize that if a group does not follow
the rules, there must be some consequences.
