The issue is with the free online version is that the last time I used it,
it was limited to 5 copies - otherwise it was a 9.95 per month charge. This
could have changed.
The point I was trying to make is that the full version allows for excellent
editing and notation capabilities along with electronic signatures.
I am sure that Adobe would work with the GSDCA for multiple licenses for
cheap. Perhaps the Board member would be willing to split the cost because
it will make their life less of a hassle when it comes to the dealing with
the minutes.
Actually, I really have been having a hard time trying to come to terms with
the fact of what Paula said... Before computers entered into the equation we
had the minutes and board o gram out very quickly -- what is the problem?
How come there has to be so many "edits". I begin to wonder that here is so
much time spent on editing -- it's holding up the works. I don't understand
the issue.
