If you have one of those pf*shing worms, please remove it before 
unsetting vacation

EVERYONE check your sp*am and j*unk folders for list mailand 
remove it - especially AOL and YAHOO members.

If you do not, the list gets reported as SP*M

AOL is bouncing posts because of URLS in those PF*SHING 
emails - will take 48 hrs to resolve.  WE ahve filled out all the forms

Also, AOL consider any subject line with RE and FWD in it spam 
so adjust your subject lines accordingly - they allow their members 
to send mail that way but nobody else is allowed to <sigh>

If you do not get mail for several hours assume that your ISP has 
bounced a few posts and you are set to vacation

If you bounce posts to the list, the program will set you to vacation. 
 Bounces fill up the admin mail boxes and tax our servers, so, 
whenever possible set yourelf to vacation when you are going away 
to avoid filling up your mailbox and causing bouncing.

You can set yourself back to mail by going to the website, clicking 
on Subscription information

The Page with the MAIL info on it has three ways to take care of 
setting to receive mail and setting it to not receive mail

1. There is a drop down that you can select

2. there is a clickable email - completely filled out just click and 
send

3. detailed instructions to do it manually

OR

4. DOUBLE CLICK THE FIRST LINE OF ANY LIST POST

If you cannot set yourself to receive email, PLEASE, write to the 
admin (PRIVATELY) and we will do it for you.  However do not 
send us a post saying we are leaving Friday at noon and returning 
Monday at 4pm and please set and unset vacation accordingly.

Most people are automatically set to stop getting mail (vacation), 
when their ISP bounces posts or their mailbox fills up and bounces 
posts.  If you do not get mail for several hours, you should reset 
yourself to receive mail prior to writing to the admin.

You can also use these instructions to set yourself vacation (not to 
receive email)
