Since I am not sure how much longer the situation will continue, I am not sure what to do about the German Shepherd Dog Club of America. I am sure the same people who wanted me out all along will be urging and demanding my resignation. Since I don't believe that is what the many people who voted for me would want, at this time I have not made any decision to do that. I am interested to know what the people who support me want me to do, so please let them know and solicit their input. Margy Margy--I'm sure it's no surprise to you that I urge you just let go ,take care of yourself and problems, forget about the GSDCA. I urged you to do this, for weeks before the last elections . You don't really like ,nor have the time to do your job properly. Ginny trained you personally, when you took over the job, when she became President. In fact,as you know ,I'm the one who urged her to get you for Secy and train you herself ,because you were so good and efficient as Administrator to the list. But even then,it proved to interfere with too many other things in your life, and you had to miss two meetings under her administration. This is the one Board position that must never be absent, and in all my years on the Board, whether it was Dorothy Linn ,Linda Kury,Dick Whalen, Ginny Altman, not one of the missed a meeting. That responsibility is just too much for you at this time. Let your life be for YOUR welfare only. Someday, when these problems pass ,you can rejoin the GSDCA if you wish and not have the pressure on you. Don't feel you "owe " anything to the persons who voted for you. If you "owe "anything,if you honestly care about the GSDCA,you need to cancel you lawsuit. Even the people who voted you in as a so-called " victim" do not appreciate a lawsuit fouling up the GSDCA Live your life as you had before getting involved with the GSDCA. Have some peace of mind--Just walk away. These responsibilities are not everyone's "cup of tea". Rejoin when things have settled down for you, problems resolved--Please be at peace Helen Miller Fisher **************Start the year off right.
