Howe the New Proposed Regulations
Will Affect You as a Breeder

        Do you own four or fewer intact bitches?
NO?

Is every animal you sell whelped and raised in your home/facility?
NO?

Does everyone who buys an animal from you come to your home/facility

You will have to become a USDA Licensed Facility

This is what people seem to be sticking on...  If you sell those  
whelped and raised on your own property (4 or more undefined breeding  
females in the proposed rules) you may sell anywhere, anyhow.  You may  
still sell anywhere, anyhow, those stud pups, rehomed dogs, etc, to an  
end purchaser (no wholesale) IF the purchaser sees the purchase at  
your home or facility.

The rule needs comments on how this would affect you.
