[ SHOWGSD-L ] 4-month rule for handlers

Handler meaning --- professional handler or anyone. Being a literally-oriented
person (maybe I should have been a lawyer) a person who takes a dog into the
ring and handles could be "the handler."
Does this make a difference or not? I don't know. I can't wrap my brain around
it because I'm still disgusted that Adam lost last night . . .
What, then, constitutes a professional . . . PHA ?. It seems silly and maybe
difficult to enforce.
