Are we really going to mark 1 through 8? I thought we would probably do
it the same as always and then go down the ladder to select those other
positions.

You mark them in order of choice 1-8
Where number one gets 8 marks, number two 7 and so forth when counted by
the Ballot company
The Judge with the most marks gets to judge selects and so forth
