What is amazing is that I did a stage show in Manistee, Michigan last
year. June came with me, and when I finished, she and I walked through the
audience and did close-up magic. June also still proctors math students from
Michigan State University. She used to be a professor of math at the
college.
My grandmother was 93 when someone broke into her home and locked her in a
closet. She got a German shepherd after that, since she lived alone. She
died three days short of 100.
I told my cousin there was longevity in our family. She responded, "Yes,
but only in the women." She is right.
Like Rodney, I get no respect.
