Good Afternoon everyone and welcome to Sheri's Free Stuff and Contest
newsletter for Today Tuesday June 3rd 2003!

I wanted to let everyone know that I went yesterday to have the stomach
scope test done. It turns out I have a hyenal hernia and they stretched my
esophogus so I won't get choked on my food anymore. I am feeling just fine
today. The only thing that hurts is the site where they put the IV. I
slept like a baby through the whole thing and I don't remeber much about
yesterday at all. So my worries were all for nothing.
I have a birthday greeting to send out today:
A belated birthday to my brother his 56th birthday and my uncle 73 the same
day on Monday

Achy muscles from a bout of the flu? Mix 1 Tablespoon of
horseradish in 1/2 cup of olive oil. Let the mixture sit for 30
minutes,then apply it as a massage oil, for instant relief for
aching muscles.
Sore Throat?? Just mix 1/4 cup of vinegar with 1/4 cup of honey
and take 1 Tablespoon six times a day. The vinegar kills the
bacteria.
Cure urinary tract infections with alka-seltzer. Just dissolve two
tablets in a glass of water and drink it at the onset of the
symptoms. Alka-Seltzer begins eliminating urinary tract
infections almost instantly-even though the product was never
been advertised for this use.
Eliminate puffiness under your eyes.....All you need is a dab of
preparation H, carefully rubbed into the skin, avoiding the eyes.
The hemorrhoid ointment acts as a vasoconstrictor, relieving the

Kills fleas instantly. Dawn dishwashing liquid does the trick.
Add a few drops to your dog's bath and shampoo the animal
thoroughly. Rinse well to avoid skin irritations. Goodbye fleas
Rainy day cure for dog odor....Next time your dog comes in from
the rain, simply wipe down the animal with Bounce or any dryer
sheet, instantly making your dog smell springtime fresh.

From Our Recipe Corner
LOW-FAT CARAMEL APPLE COBBLER
10 oz. frozen apple slices
2 T. apple juice
1/2 C. fat free caramel topping
1 T. lemon juice
2/3 C. unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Cool Whip FatFree
Thaw apples. In medium glass bowl, combine apple juice and caramel
topping. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring twice
during cooking. Add apples and lemon juice, stirring until coated; set
aside.
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apple
mixture. Microwave, uncovered on HIGH for 7 minutes or until heated
through. Sprinkle apple mixture with additional cinnamon. Chill for 1
hour.
Top with Cool Whip just before serving.
160 cals; 1 g fat; 1 g. fiber
8 Servings
