[SFCC] Computer Club Silent Auction

Reminder - The deadline for submitting bids for the surplus Computer Club's
computers and printers is next Monday (April 23, 2007) at 5:00 PM. For
details about the equipment being auctioned, go to
www.sunflowerliving.com/computerclub and click on the "Surplus Computer
Silent Auction Details" link. The resulting webpage will describe the
details of the Silent Auction , the 4 computers and 3 printers being
auctioned, and a Bid Form (Please, A separate Bid for each item you wish to
bid on) that you can print and submit. The completed bid then can be placed
in an Computer Club envelope available from the table by the Front Desk at
the Village Center and place it in the locked Sunflower Box also on the
table. If you have already filled out a Bid Form, don't forget to deposit
it in the Sunflower Box.
In order to obtain an indication of how the auction is going, we are asking
that if you have submitted a bid, to reply to this Email indicating that a
bid(s) has/have been submitted. (Do not include details of your bid as they
will remain secret until all bids have been opened after 5:00 PM on April
23rd.)
