[sendcard] sendcard 3.2.1 released

Hi,
Just in time for Christmas comes sendcard 3.2.1, which fixes the problem
many people have had with the date selector and cards being deleted after
the first time they're viewed. Please download as usual from
http://www.sendcard.org/download.php and follow the instructions in
docs/upgrade.txt.
