[sendcard] Price increases for extensions

Hi all,
Just a quick note to say that from sometime in January (probably the 1st)
the price of the sendcard extensions will have to rise due to the fall of
the U.S. Dollar against the Pound Sterling. So if you want to buy cheaply,
do so now :-)
