Evening all.
So the big orange ball in the sky seems to be hanging around for a little
longer so Sundays drive is on!
We havent been to Rye for a while so thought it would be nice to head there
for breakfast at Strand Quay Café. (TN31 7DA)
I know the clocks go forward on Saturday night (its all Pauls fault) but it
might give us the opportunity to enjoy quieter roads on Sunday morning, as
such Id like to meet at Tescos in Riverhead & be ready to leave at 8.00am.
As you know weve had some issues there in the past so can I ask that we
respect the locals whilst in the area & keep the noise down. (Said the man
whos cars just been decatted!)
Our route will take us down the A21 via Lamberhurst bypass, then Hawkhurst &
the wonderful Roman road & some great twisties into Rye. I feel the urge to
blow the cobwebs away & hope that suits you guys too?
Dont forget to bring some change for the car park in Rye.
