Fully support what Nick says. The Emovis tag works a treat.
Bought mine before lockdown but only used it for the first time last month for
the Le Mans Classic. As Nick says, sign in to your account and check that it’s
still active (you have to activate first when you receive it through the post)
and that it has sufficient life left and away you go! ( I think they have a 3
or 5 year life.)
It works so well that we even managed to keep rolling slightly as we approached
a couple of the barriers before they shot up.
It’s a bit like the Dart charge in that they have some of your money up front
but the website is simple and works well. The convenience is worth it. Invoices
come through about a month later, which of course are attached to your card or
bank account. I’m still waiting for the July charges.
All the best,
Peter

Hi all
Me again! For those of us heading into the Champagne Region in September this
might be of interest.

The Emovis Tag is the ‘blipper’ you can stick to your windscreen when driving
through France on the motorway & it enables you to sail through the toll
booths without having to queue for ages.
I’ve had one for years & they work really well, on one occasion on the way
back from Le Mans it saved me having to sit in an hour long queue so well
worth having, plus they’re not car specific so you can put them into any of
your fleet as required.
I looked online to find that my battery had expired so needed to order a
replacement (sadly we haven’t used it since 2019) but despite trying for
weeks none have been available…until yesterday!
So, if you have one check the life of yours by logging onto the website, if
you don’t have one its well worth it as it will make it a lot easier for us
all to stick together through the tolls.
If you don’t fancy it that’s fine, but it will make the journey a lot easier.
All the best.
Nick
