Hi Nick, I came via Yvtetot on the D313 then the Pont de Brotonne.The hotel I’m 
in is alongside the D313 after the A13The car is about 10mins away on the D675 
at La Trinité de Thouberville 27310.
I can meet Richard here then go to the car.I’m staying at the Armony hotel

Assuming they can't locate a replacement cap then worst case if it's just the 
carbon centre connector in the cap, they should be able to rob one from any 
another cap where the connector is of similar dimensions & effect a repair ( 
they usually just pull out from the spring they are mounted into
