This is the 3rd and final reminder for those who have not yet booked,
but were intending to come.
The link for the food orders have now been sent out, so please fill
those in before 2200 tomorrow.
If you have not yet booked, but are still intending too, then you need
to fill in the event link, then contact the hotel for ensuring the food
order.
(Note - I cannot control the weather on Saturday, so if you are
uncomfortable coming in a TVR, then please feel free to bring another
car. The people are important, not necessary what you drive >_<)

The good news however, is they are all up for it and have been approved by their local council for getting these types of events done, plus done something similar already, so they are well practiced now.
Dates would be late July or early August.

* 1 person + 1 car = ??15. Includes Takeaway pizza + drink +
allocated bench
* 2 person + 1 car = ??25. Includes 2 Takeaway pizza + drink +
allocated bench
Which is about the normal price for a large pizza + drink
Minimum numbers are 12ppl. Max is 40ppl.
We would essentially, meet up at maybe 1 or more locations, drive a route, get to Sharnbrook between 1200-1230. Eat, do some looking at cars - in safe ways - then leave for a cruise to end up maybe in St Neots with the cafe place that some of us have been using recently.
Dates would be either 25th or 26th July or early August.
I need to know reasonably quickly as if enough people interested, I need to claim a date.
So, please get back to me in the next day or so if possible.
Again, there is not much in the calendar and I am restricted in what I can setup, so do not count of lots of other things being available this year. Grab these opportunities while the going is good!
